What We Do/Inspection Process

Preventative maintenance begins with inspection. Too often repairs come long after the beginning of problems and cost much more. With an annual inspection of the exterior of your home including the roof, siding, and foundation; and the interior including underneath sinks, in closets, and in attics there is potential to save hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars. Depending on the size of your home, the manner of construction, age, and materials used, a basic inspection can start as low as $200. We can add you to an annual inspection schedule any time.

Inspection Points:

▪Roof-Soft spots, loose nails and screws, vent boots, flashings, chimneys, sky lights, and gutters
▪Siding-Fascia, soffit, eaves, caulk and paint
▪Windows/Doors-Wear, seal, and operation
▪Foundation(pier and beam)- Rot, termite damage, ventilation, and support
▪Attic- Structure, ventilation, insulation, and evidence of pests
▪Sinks/Waterheater/Dishwasher/Washing machine-
Drainage problems, valve operation, and water supply leaks
▪Miscellaneous-A/C filter, venta hood filter, etc.

Note: If time and material are available at time of inspection minor repairs can be made for additional cost.
